Terms of Service
Effective 17 September 2026. These terms are a contract between you and Pineflows ("Pineflows", "we") for the use of pineflows.com, app.pineflows.com, the Pineflows connector for Claude, the Pineflows Robinhood Bridge Chrome extension, and the webhook endpoints that receive your alerts (together, the Service). By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Pineflows is, and is not
Pineflows is software. It receives the alerts you configure in TradingView, applies the rules you or Claude set up, and places market orders in the Robinhood account you connected. It does that on your instruction and only within the settings you chose.
Pineflows is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. It holds no funds and no securities. It gives no investment advice and recommends no trades. Anything Claude says while setting up an automation is a description of your own strategy, not advice. Robinhood executes orders under its own terms, and TradingView delivers alerts under its own terms; both are outside our control.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and the holder of the TradingView, Robinhood and Claude accounts you connect. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each of those services, including Robinhood's rules for Agentic Trading, and for any local law that applies to your trading.
3. Your responsibilities
- The strategy is yours. You decide what the alerts say, what the adapter does with them, the quantity, and when to switch from test mode to live. Review the alert log in test mode before going live.
- Keep the webhook URL secret. Anyone who has it can send alerts to your automation. Rotate it in the workspace if it leaks.
- Watch your automations. Alerts can arrive late, twice, or not at all; markets move; brokers reject orders. Check your Robinhood account regularly and pause an automation when you cannot monitor it.
- Keep your accounts in order. Enough buying power, a valid Robinhood connection, a TradingView plan that can send webhooks.
- Use it lawfully. No market manipulation, no trading in accounts you do not own, no attempts to bypass the Service's limits, no reverse engineering, no resale of access.
4. Trading risk
Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose more than you expect, including your entire investment. Backtests and past results do not predict future results. Automated execution adds its own risks: an alert can fire on bad data, a duplicate delivery can be missed, a network or broker outage can leave an order in an unknown state, and software, ours included, can have bugs. Pineflows records an order as "unknown" when it cannot confirm what Robinhood did and never re-places it, but it cannot cancel or reverse an order once it is sent. Every order placed through your automations is your order, including orders caused by a misconfiguration, a duplicate alert, or an error in the Service, to the extent the law allows.
5. Plans, trial and billing
- Trial. A 7-day free trial of the full Service starts when you finish onboarding. No card is needed. When the trial ends without a subscription, your webhook stops accepting alerts and the Claude connector stops making changes until you subscribe; nothing is deleted.
- Subscription. One monthly plan, Pineflows Pilot, at the price shown at checkout, billed in advance through Stripe and renewed automatically until cancelled.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time from the workspace through the Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods unless the law where you live requires it.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails we retry and tell you. While a payment is outstanding, live trading may be paused.
- Price changes. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect on your next renewal.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless the checkout says otherwise.
6. Third-party services and the Claude connector
Robinhood, TradingView, Anthropic (Claude), Clerk and Stripe are independent services with their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct. When you add Pineflows to Claude, you authorise Claude to act on your account through our tools, and you are responsible for what you ask Claude to do. Claude is an AI system and can make mistakes; verify what it configured before switching an automation to live.
7. The Chrome extension
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install the Pineflows Robinhood Bridge for the sole purpose of completing a Robinhood connection to your Pineflows account. It does one thing, described in the Privacy Policy. Do not modify or redistribute it.
8. Your content and our software
You own your strategies, adapters, alert messages and anything else you put into the Service. You grant us a licence to store and process them only to operate the Service for you. We own the Service, its software, design, documentation and trademarks. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond use of the Service while your account is in good standing.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes. Support is by email at support@pineflows.com and we aim to answer within one business day.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the Service at any time: pause or delete your automations, disconnect Robinhood, cancel your subscription, and email us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your use creates legal or security risk, or if a service we depend on requires it. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that alerts will be delivered, interpreted or executed as you intend.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the Service, however caused, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where that is the case they apply to the extent allowed.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your trading, your breach of these terms, your breach of a third-party service's terms, or your violation of law.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, email us and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute. Any dispute not resolved that way will be brought in the courts of the State of Delaware, United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice by email or in the workspace. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel before then.
16. General
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. We may assign this agreement in a merger or sale of the Service; you may not assign it. Notices to you go to the email you sign in with. Notices to us go to support@pineflows.com.
